1. इस Tense का प्रयोग ऐसे कार्यों के लिए होता है जो Past में शुरू हुए और अभी भी जारी हैं; जैसे–
She has been living in London for a month.
Sita has been teaching in this school for years.
Manish has been studying here since January.
Rani has been learning English since June 1990.
NOTE : ऐसे वाक्यों को अगर आप चाहें तो Present Perfect में भी लिख सकते हैं।
अर्थ के दृष्टिकोण से दोनों ही प्रकार के वाक्यों में कोई अन्तर नहीं है ।
